Following seven years working on a Section 8 portfolio at a northeast PBCA, I transitioned to HUD’s Multifamily Office working on Section 8 PBCA and PRAC 202/811 portfolios for six years. During my time at HUD, I participated in five HUD Annual Compliance Reviews of PBCA-produced MORs, making sure PBCAs were performing them according to 4350.1, 4350.3, and 4381.5 guidelines. After becoming Senior Account Executive, I mentored new staff, training them in routine portfolio servicing and provided an understanding how the work serves HUD’s mission of providing decent, safe, and sanitary housing to our residents and communities.
